片冰机系统介绍

37000cm威尼斯片冰机在食品加工行业广泛应用,食品高温杀菌后,经过冰水混合快速冷却,避免细菌滋生,保持产品原有风味; 在现代化工、染料工艺中,偶氮颜料的重氮化反应,偶合反应中,采用加冰控温工艺,可有效控制重氮盐的分解;在香肠生产的滚揉和辗拌过程中,由于高速旋转的滚揉桶与配料的磨擦而产生的高温,既助长了细菌的滋生,又改变了肉色与口感,而且会造成脱脂(肥肉溶化)使生产的香肠细菌的超标,色泽暗淡,口感较硬,而且油腻。当片冰被混合到香肠的配料中时,会获得快速冷却和理想的浓度,保持产品的色泽与口感,防止脱脂,提高卫生标准。

大型水电大坝、核电混凝土、高速铁路、高层建筑基础大体积的浇注需要采用温控混凝土。混凝土在养护过程中随着水化热的释放,混凝土内部强度逐渐增大,这种现象对于小型混凝土结构并不重要,但是对于需要浇注大量混凝土的水坝工程具有特别意义。在养护期间,水化热使混凝土的温度升高25℃,导致混凝土体积增大,而养护过后,混凝土温度下降,体积减小,这一过程通常会造成水坝出现裂缝。因此混凝土的初始浇注温度应该很低,以保证养护期间混凝土的最高温度不能超过设计单位的限定温度。虽然不同的国家,不同的工地对混凝土浇注温度的要求不同,从7℃到最高达15℃。但是每个工程都需要配置完善的混凝土制冷系统。而其中加片冰是最有效的预冷方式,每10kg片冰可降低一立方混凝土温度大约1.2℃~1.4℃左右。

b自动储冰及送冰系统
我们潜心研制的混凝土降温系统,包括自动储冰库、螺旋输送装置、气体输送系统、自动计量系统、自动监控系统等。其中自动储冰库是送冰系统最主要的部分。传统的耙冰式储冰库,因为冰耙只能从上部开始把冰耙出,所以下部的冰在库内停留的时间较长,容易发生强固的冻结,无法用冰耙清除出库。履带式自动输送装置贮冰库就是为了解决这个“强固结冰层”的问题而开发的最新锐设备。冰库底部全体形成履带式输送带,可整体向前方移动,把冰输送到出口处的螺旋输送部分。这样就不存在下部的冰在库内长期停留的问题,也就不会发生强固冻结。
Automatic ice storage and ice delivery system:

Automatic storage device is the most significant part in the whole concrete cooling system. In traditional-style ice storage systems, the raker only started to rake up the ice from upper part of the ice, so the lower part of the ice in the hangar will stay still and are prone to lump, ice rake can not remove the lump of bottom. Tracked automatic transmission storage device is developed to solve the "strong lump ice" problem. Crawler at the bottom of the formation of the whole conveyor belt will continues take the ice hill make overall movement and transport the ice to the exit part of the spiral conveyor. Ice will not make long-term stay in the bottom, so strong freeze will not happen.

蒸发系统
